User Accounts
You are required to create an account with us by providing a username, password, first name, last name, email address, and other personal information as required. You may close your account at any given time.
Payment and Billing
Payment methods include credit or debit card payments. You may choose to make a one-off payment for one lesson at a time or subscribe for weekly billing based on the number of lessons you choose. New users are eligible for a free taster lesson.
Refund Policy
Full refunds are available for lessons cancelled more than 24 hours before the designated start time or due to internet problems disrupting a lesson less than 80% complete. No refund is possible for lessons cancelled less than 24 hours before the given start time or for lessons that were more than 80% complete. Lessons can be rearranged less than 24 hours before the designated start time at the discretion of the teacher.
Regular subscribers may pause their subscriptions at anytime. If they forget and a payment is taken, this can be refunded directly by the admin team. For all refund enquiries please contact admin@thatenglishaccent.com
Intellectual Property
That English Accent reserves full rights to the logo, website, company name, lesson format, and any other intellectual property. Lessons may not be reproduced in any form without the permission of the copyright holder.
Privacy Policy
